Moon Hill Dairy's products are always superb. I buy both cheese and meat and the quality is excellent. The Alpenbert is so creamy but with enough flavor to exert itself. The feta is intense and satisfying. The beef flavor is clean and deep. You can't go wrong buying products from Moon Hill Dairy!

The greatest gift on earth is cheese… this Moonhill Dairy cheese is on a whole another level. Getting to know Errik and the love + care that goes into every product has made the experience of biting into this cheese that much more special. Can’t recommend enough.

Oh My God! Remember this cheese company. They will be famous sometime very soon. We just had the most amazing raclette dinner with Moon Hill cheese. At the dinner were Swiss citizens and expats. This is the real deal… sooo good!

This place was the highlight of our trip! First of all, it's in one of the most stunningly beautiful places I've ever seen, and the farm itself is incredibly picturesque. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating, giving us a tour of the farm and cheese making facility. We even got to see a baby calf being born! It's really cool to see where your food comes from and to witness the expertise and care that goes into making it. These guys and gal obviously love what they do, and you can taste it! Last but certainly not least, the cheese...
So I adore cheese in all it's forms and varieties. I eat a lot of it, suffice to say. It's borderline problematic, if that's a thing that's possible with cheese consumption . Anyhow, this cheese was some of the best I've ever had! The Elkhorn Asiago was my favorite, so creamy and flavorful. The Cumin Gouda and "Joe" were a super close second! Aged to perfection, robust flavor...this stuff's virtually impossible to stop eating! I'll definitely be ordering more of those three on their website and trying a few more of the varieties while I'm at it! Absolutely recommend this place and their heavenly cheese to anyone!

We had Moon Hill's raclette dinner this past December when visiting Steamboat. I've been meaning to write a positive review since— I barely ever write reviews. John delivered all the food and the raclette machine right to our room at the Steamboat Grand, and it was PLENTY for a family of 5. (3 hungry kids 7, 8, & 10) The meal was by far our most delicious, fun, and memorable, and we sampled several of Steamboat's best restaurants. I will absolutely do it again next time we ski Steamboat.

My New Years resolution was to stop eating cheese… I was fully committed for 3 days, until I plowed into some of Moon Hill Dairy’s Alpenbert Brie Style. If you’re looking to relapse on cheese, this cheese is the BEST!
