As many process' seem to get more automated we are returning to a more traditional way of operating. We make our cheese in small batches and craft them with love. Our old world methods add a richness and quality that is hard to match in this modern day.

Our heritage breed cows are nestled in a valley, just north of Steamboat Springs Colorado. The valley unique climate and our organic growing methods provide for a nutrient dense food for not only our cows but you also.
Our girls, a mix of Brown Swiss, Jersey and Guernsey breeds, spend the majority of their lives on pasture. Our girls
are free to roam the pastures and enjoy their "cow-ness".
Cows in a low stress environment, eating alpine grasses, with freedom to roam, produce a rich, creamy, high-quality milk that makes amazing cheese!
