John's connection to the land is as deep as the roots of our alpine grasses. From his childhood spent on the edge of town to managing a grass-fed beef operation, his life has been a tapestry woven with a desire for connection and transformation. Transitioning to cheesemaking in 2007, he found his calling in crafting culinary delights that heal the land, nourish bodies, and inspire others to embrace a more sustainable future. John's story, like our cheeses, is one of slow aging and patient pursuit of excellence.
